iv. You have logged into the AliExpress Buyer's account on AliExpress. If you don't already have an account, you can register with AliExpress.
v. Your AliExpress shopping cart is empty.
2. How to place a single order
Step 1: Enter the order page of the Oberlo dashboard, then enter the order you want to complete.
Step 2: Click the "Order Product" button next to the order to be completed.
Step 3: You will be directed to AliExpress. View and carefully examine the order details.
Step 4: Enter your payment details and click OK.
Step 5: Review your order again, then click Place order.
After purchasing an item from a supplier, the order status changes from "To Order" to "In Processing" in the Oberlo dashboard.
Step 6: The supplier should ship the order within 2-7 days. After the supplier ships the order, you need to mark it as completed. Here's how to do it.
i. In your AliExpress account, go to the "My Orders" section.
ii. Find the order you want to set as fulfilled, and then click Track Order.
iii. Copy the tracking number.
iv. Go back to your Oberlo dashboard.
v. Go to the Order page, and then click the Mark as Shipped button next to the order you want to fulfill.
vi. Paste the tracking number into the text field and click Save.
Step 7: Send an email to your customer, confirming that the order has been completed. You can set up the following ways to send confirmation emails automatically to your customers.
i. In your Oberlo dashboard, go to Settings, and then click Store Settings.
ii. Check the box to notify customers of order fulfillment.
iii. In the "Custom Shipping tracking URL" section, add http://www.17track.net/?Nums =, or you can use any other tracking website URL.
iv. In the Shopify dashboard, go to Settings, then Notifications, and then Shipping Confirmation.
v. Replace the default notification template with this new template.
vi. Click Save.
When your customers receive a confirmation email and click the tracking number, they are directed to the carrier's website, to view their shipment status.
3. How to place multiple orders at a time
If you sign up for an Oberlo Basic or Pro plan, you can place multiple orders. There is no limit to how many requests you can put in Oberlo at a time, but with AliExpress, you can only pay 40 orders at a time. For example, if you have 100 orders, you can place all your orders at once in the Oberlo, pay in AliExpress in two checks for 40 orders, and one check for 20 orders.
Note that when you place multiple orders in Oberlo, they are not yet completed. You need to pay for them in AliExpress to complete them.
When you place an order once in Oberlo, a new AliExpress TAB opens in the browser where it is processed. Do not close the tag. If you close it, the order will stop processing.
The order progress being processed will be displayed in Oberlo. To see more details about progress, click the Status Page link in the dialog box. After the order is processed, it will be assigned an AliExpress order ID, and its status will change from "to Order" to "in Processing."
You can place more than one order at a time by doing the following.
In your Oberlo dashboard, go to the Orders page.
Select the order to execute in one of two ways:
i. If you want to select a specific order to fulfill, check the box next to each order.
ii. To complete all outstanding orders at once, select Show # Orders.
iii. Click Order # AliExpress Order.
iv. Note that if any error occurs while processing any order, processing will stop until you correct it.
v. If you want to change the delivery mode for any particular order, click the Delivery mode link next to that order in the Order Check section, and then select a new delivery mode.
vi. After successfully processing all orders, click Pay for all orders in the order processing box.
vii. Complete the order payment at the AliExpress checkout.
